Choose your gravy, then choose paneer or soya.
Rich, velvety tomato butter gravy with soft, melt-in-mouth paneer or fresh soya, the choice is yours. The masala is a family secret and we are not about to tell you what is in it.
Spicy, thick, and roasted down until every bit of masala clings on. Paneer or soya, your pick. You won't have eaten masala like this before.
Dry aloo roasted in freshly ground kuta masala, crisp outside and soft inside. It is the simplest thing on the menu, and we are willing to bet it is the first thing you finish.
